BCAC is a BOSCore core governance community initiated by BOSCore Pacific.
BCAC doesn't have the arbitration function, doesn't participate in the governance implementation, only conducts the training and education of BOSCore governance, it is aiming to converge the BOSCore community consensus.

Node introduction
EOS Rio is working together since early 2018 and participated on multiple testnets before Mainnet Launch, having expertise on operating nodes, launching chains and building tools.

Moderator interview
Moderator: Can you introduce the reason for participating in the BOS node election?
Domi:We understand that BOSCore pragmatic focus on delivering solutions for the real world and the relentless drive to push the boundaries of EOSIO technology is both a great challenge and huge opportunity for our team. Participating in BOSCore will certainly make us grow individually and as a group, but it is also a great opportunity to participate in an ecosystem we believe. EOS Rio team is already contributing technically to the ecosystem and can add much more value working together with other great teams involved with the platform.
Moderator:What do you think is the biggest advantage of participating in a BOS node?
Domi:Because BOSCore has light governance and great technical teams involved with the network, decisions can be made faster and the community can try technical improvements like IBC and 3s LIB on BOSCore before implementing on EOS Mainnet. This shows great flexibility and resiliency, pushing the boundaries to experiment new things and making progress faster than other blockchains.
Plus, with BOSCore WPS system, we have incentives aligned to dedicate resources and build improvements to the network.
Moderator:What are you mainly doing at the current stage in BOS?
Domi:Our team is involved in maintaining Hyperion History API to serve full history nodes to the BOSCore ecosystem. This is useful for providing historical data for Dapps, wallets, and block explorers. To improve usability, users need to access their information, past transactions and historical data in an easy way.
Also, we actively participate in discussion and implementation of innovative technical designs such as help testing the 3 sec LIB and other improvements to the protocol itself.
Moderator:What are you planning to do in the future?
Domi:EOS Rio intends to keep participating in key technical solutions for BOSCore focusing on performance, security, and reliability, as well as keep developing and maintaining vital infrastructures such as the Hyperion History and our SimplEOS wallet.
Moderator:What are your contributions to the BOSCore ecosystem?
Domi:Our team is involved since BOSCore chain launch, contributing with technical expertise on node operations for a more smooth and reliable network.
As stated before, currently we are developing Hyperion History, a full history solution for EOS.IO based blockchains.
We also adapted our SimplEOS desktop wallet to be compatible with BOSCore. We intend to keep updating our wallet so it always has all the functions present on the BOSCore ecosystem, like voting in Worker proposals, easy IBC, etc.
Moderator:What are the expectations for BOS?
Domi:We expect BOSCore community to remain at the forefront of technical development on EOSIO ecosystem, spearheading the development and implementation of solutions that make blockchain useful for companies and people. BOSCore is also an expanding ecosystem, and EOS Rio hopes to contribute to expand reach and use of BOSCore to the Brazilian and Latin American blockchain community.
Moderator:Have any suggestion on the ecological development of BOS?
Domi:We would like to see BOSCore continuing to lead on technological improvements, such as easy IBC, 3s LIB, and a low barrier for onboarding users. This will create an infrastructure that enables Dapps to thrive and provide a better user experience for the technology.

Moderator: Do you know the BOScore Eco Fund program?Do you have any proposal ?
Domi:EOS Rio has proposed Hyperion History as a worker proposal on the BOSCore Eco Fund, and we hope the community can vote it. Hyperion reduces 85% of the space necessary for Full History, when compared to the original EOSIO history_plugin. As a result, it takes less time to synchronize the whole blockchain, and it is cheaper for developers to maintain full history nodes. This allows a more solid, decentralized and agile API and websocket service. More details for our proposal can be found at :
