Jesús Chitty是EOS Argentina的聯合創始人之一，自2013年以來，他一直有參與到區塊鏈領域，且加入了之前Dan Larimer專案，如Bitshares和Steem（Witness）。

主持人：你們是否在BOSCore WPS 公投系統上提交了提案？

BCAC是什麼
BCAC是由Node Pacific (節點名BOS Pacific）發起的BOSCore核心治理社羣，不具備仲裁功能，不參與治理執行，僅做BOSCore治理的培訓和教育，旨在凝聚BOSCore社羣共識。
BCAC願景
BCAC希望能夠持續推進搭建、完善BOSCore治理社羣，吸引全球區塊鏈技術以及治理愛好者瞭解，參與BOSCore，為BOSCore搭建一個豐富多樣的治理交流社羣，逐步將BOSCore向社羣化治理逐步過渡，不斷擴大BOSCore的凝聚力，形成強有力、不可替代的共識機制。
BCAC的主要目的和職能
1.組織討論BOSCore在社羣治理方面存在的問題；
2.組織BOSCore知識的培訓和交流 ；
3.BOSCore採取會員制，以個人身份加入，不代表節點。

On July 24, 2019, BCAC Interview | EOS Argentina's Co-founder-Jesús Chitty accepted an exclusive interview with the BCAC community.

Node introduction
Jesús Chitty is one of the co-founders or EOS Argentina. He has been involved in the blockchain space since 2013 and has participated on previous Dan Larimer’s projects like Bitshares and Steem (Witness).

Members Introduction
EOS Argentina works like a Block Producer for the EOS mainnet and as organization. It's composed by a group of crypto-enthusiasts based in Buenos Aires. Our team has a diversity of infrastructure experts, blockchain developers, software engineers, community managers and business professionals that are helping to grow the ecosystem in their different areas of experience.

Moderator interview
Moderator: Can you introduce the reason for participating in the BOSCore node election?
Jesús Chitty：We believe BOSCore is one of the leading EOSio based blockchains, the amount of work done is amazing, from ibc to 3 seconds lib, we are thrilled with the whole BOS ecosystem!
Moderator:What do you think is the biggest advantage of participating in a BOS node?
Jesús Chitty：At EOS Argentina we have blockchain professionals that have been working with DPoS Technology for almost 5 years, as node operators and developers.
Moderator:What are you mainly doing at the current stage in BOSCore?
Jesús Chitty：We participate as a node operator in the testnet and as a standby producer. We also help to reach BOSCore ecosystem to the local Argentinian Community.
Moderator:What are you planning to do in the future?
Jesús Chitty：We are excited to build more tools and technologies to help the EOSio ecosystem in general. We think all our projects could benefit BOSCore in the short term.
Moderator:What are your contributions to the BOSCore ecosystem?
Jesús Chitty：We help running our node on BOSCore mainnet and on the testnets.
Moderator:What are your expectations for BOSCore?
Jesús Chitty：We think on boarding of dapps and new projects is a big thing in BOSCore, we expect this to stay the same for a long time!
Moderator:Have any suggestion on the ecological development of BOSCore?
Jesús Chitty：We believe on doing, and the bos core team and the bps/developers working on this are doing an amazing work.

Moderator:Do you have a proposal on the BOSCore WPS referendum?
Jesús Chitty：Not for the moment.
Moderator: How is BOSCore developing in Latin America? and also how the blockchain industry there?
Jesús Chitty：Blockchain industry is expanding fast in Latin America, the economic crisis and the lack of trust in government institutions have made of blockchain a very attractive solution to our every day issues.
The argentinian community is well-known for driving the crypto adoption in Latin America, so we are dealing with a blockchain-friendly audience that is always welcoming innovation. A lot of industry leaders and start-ups have been born in this country. This is an advantage to spread the word about BOSCore in Latam. We are doing our part bringing up the subject in our meetups, talking about our developments there, so our attendance get involved with the project.

What is BCAC
BCAC is BOSCore core governance community which initiated by Node Pacific(BP name: BOS Pacific).It doesn't have arbitration function, doesn't participate in governance implementation, and only does BOSCore governance training and education, aiming to build consensus of BOSCore community.
BCAC Vision
BCAC hopes that it could continue to build and improve the BOSCore governance community, attract the global blockchain technology and governance enthusiasts to comprehen and participate in BOSCore, build a rich and diverse governance communication community for BOSCore, and gradually transition BOSCore to community-based governance and expand continuously. In order that the cohesiveness of BOSCore forms a strong and irreplaceable consensus mechanism.
The main purpose and functions of BCAC
1. Organize the discussions about the problems of BOSCore in community governance.
2. Organize the training and communication of BOSCore knowledge;
3. BOSCore adopts a membership system and joins as an individual, instead of a node.
