主持人：你能介紹一下參加BOSCore節點選舉的原因嗎？

Personal introduction
Haley leads business development & strategy and helps manage the team’s financial and legal departments. Before joining the BP team Haley was a successful energy trader and is no stranger to working in a high paced industry or making decisions in the face of uncertainty.

EOS Cafe Block is a leading block producer on the EOS blockchain focused on creating value through innovation, technology, and education. Our team is maximizing adoption of the world’s fastest blockchain by adding tangible value to the EOSIO ecosystem. We are proud to run a node on the BOSCore network- Boscafeblock, and look forward to the continued advancement of the BOSCore network.

Moderator interview
Moderator: Can you introduce the reason for participating in the BOS node election?
Haley:BOSCore is a very attractive chain. The core team is technically capable, and the project has good relationships with exchanges and other players in the blockchain industry. Our team wants to contribute to the advancement of EOSIO and be a part of the BOSCore community who is leading the world in this initiative.
Moderator:What do you think is the biggest advantage of participating in a BOS node?
Haley: The biggest advantage to participating on BOSCore is the speed of development and governance. Compared to Mainnet, BOSCore moves faster in both core system upgrades and governance issues. It is a great network for EOSIO enthusiasts who want to see what the technology can do today.
Moderator:What are you mainly doing at the current stage in BOS?
Haley:EOS Cafe Block is testing the system updates and tuning our block explorer-Bos.bloks.io, to keep up with the latest developments in BOSCore. Our team is very excited about the IBC developed by the BOSCore network, and are looking at different applications that can be built around the extension.
Moderator:What are you planning to do in the future?
Haley:In the future we plan to deploy applications on BOSCore as the ecosystem develops. We look forward to seeing what types of projects are funded through the BOSCore Eco Fund.
Moderator:What are your contributions to the BOSCore ecosystem?
Haley:Bloks.io fully supports the BOSCore network, and we offer a feature complete block explorer, wallet, and token tracker for the BOS ecosystem. Users can explore the chain or perform transactions using scatter, a ledger, or any EOSIO based wallet that is compatible with BOS.
Moderator:What are the expectations for BOS?
Haley:We hope that BOSCore keeps doing what it is already doing so well - supporting development and innovation on EOSIO software as well as engaging with token holders, exchanges, and developers. We hope to see hundreds of Dapps built on BOSCore.
Moderator:Have any suggestion on the ecological development of BOS?
Haley:Any application that makes resource management and account signup easier for EOSIO willbe extremely valuable.

What is BCAC
