OKEX交易平臺充值沒有到賬？如果轉賬不成功的話,款是不會到對方賬上的,一般三個工作日左右就會退回到賬的，大家可以放心。區塊鏈資產轉賬分為提出 區塊確認 入賬三個步驟。
1.提出：轉賬成功代表提幣的平臺或錢包進行了轉賬操作;
2.區塊確認：完成對應的區塊確認。若當時區塊發生擁堵、延遲等情況，會導致數字資產遲遲未完成完全確認;
3.入賬：完全確認後，平臺即會盡快完成入賬。
若區塊未完全確認，請您耐心等待，只有確認完畢，平臺才能為您入賬。
若區塊已完全確認，但OKEx賬戶卻一直沒有到賬，請聯絡線上客服或提交工單處理。
